Job summary

Summit Therapeutics Inc. is seeking a Regional Business Director to lead ivonescimab launch and commercialization in a U.S. region. You will report to the Head of U.S. Sales and guide a field sales team while aligning with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Market Access to achieve commercial goals.

You will recruit, develop, and coach oncology account managers, drive regional performance, and provide field insights to shape competitive strategy. This role reports to the Head of US Sales.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience, including oncology leadership
• Experience leading or supporting oncology product launches
• Strong coaching, leadership and performance management skills
• Ability to translate sales data into actionable plans

Responsibilities

• Execute national sales strategies and achieve regional sales objectives
• Recruit, develop, coach, and retain a high-performing oncology account team
• Lead regional launch readiness and ensure effective promotion of ivonescimab
• Monitor regional performance using KPIs and analytics; provide coaching
• Develop regional business plans and account strategies
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and cross-functional teams
• Build relationships with oncology customers and regional stakeholders
• Communicate insights and market dynamics to inform strategy
• Lead regional sales meetings and field coaching
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
• Manage regional travel and expenses
