Summit Therapeutics Inc. is seeking a seasoned Oncology Regional Business Director to lead the launch and commercialization of ivonescimab in a U.S. region.

This remote role reports to the Head of U.S. Sales and drives national sales strategies while managing a field team of oncology account managers. Collaboration with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Market Access is essential to optimize commercial execution.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology sales experience, including 5+ years of oncology sales leadership experience.
• Recent experience leading or supporting oncology product launches; NSCLC experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated success leading and developing high-performing oncology sales teams.
• Strong coaching, leadership, and performance management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Execute national sales strategies and business plans to achieve regional sales objectives and market share goals.
• Recruit, develop, coach, and retain a high-performing team of oncology account managers.
• Lead regional launch readiness and execution for ivonescimab with best-in-class customer experience.
• Monitor regional sales performance and provide coaching and analytics-based development.
• Develop strategic regional business plans and account strategies to optimize customer engagement.
