Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor responsible for all maintenance operations at the community, including service requests, preventative maintenance, staff supervision, and safety compliance. You will work alongside the Community Manager to oversee staff and vendors, ensuring timely repairs and a high standard of property upkeep.

The role requires basic computer skills, understanding of on-site software, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA regulations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations and service requests for the community.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program and ensure safety compliance (OSHA).
• Inspect grounds, buildings and amenities daily to identify hazards and ensure upkeep.
• Supervise maintenance staff, train team members, and manage inventory within budget.
• Participate in on-call emergencies and ensure timely completion of tasks.
