Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at our community. You will oversee service requests, preventative maintenance, and ensure safety standards are met while coordinating with the Community Manager.

The role requires supervising maintenance staff and vendors, maintaining records, managing inventory, and responding to on-call emergencies. A High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA are required.
