Job summary

Wabtec Corporation seeks an experienced engineer to oversee OHV drive system performance, reliability, and commissioning across the region. You will be the primary technical interface with customers and OEMs, handling troubleshooting and field support while communicating findings to engineering and manufacturing teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in OHV mining vehicles engineering, field service, or technical support.
• Ability to analyze performance data and identify root causes.
• Experience coordinating with multi-location teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote troubleshooting, commissioning support, and issue resolution for OHV Drive Systems.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance and site access credentials.
• Analyze equipment data, drive root-cause/actions with engineering teams.
• Collaborate with customers, OEMs, and internal teams to resolve issues and improve experience.
• Lead commissioning activities and maintain asset documentation.
• Support warranty investigations and corrective actions.
• Coordinate field reporting, RMA processes and follow-up actions.
• Contribute to NPI and aftermarket service initiatives.
• Monitor market trends and communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Promote inclusive culture and One Wabtec values.
