Job summary

Compass International Holdings, Coldwell Banker team seeks a Regional Support Specialist based in one of our branch offices. You will support agents, branch leaders, and marketing efforts, troubleshoot office systems, and assist with scheduling.

You’ll collaborate with the Agent Onboarding Team, provide training on tools like MoxiWorks and Prospect Square, and help maintain a positive, productive office culture across the region.

Qualifications

• Two or more years in customer service, preferably in real estate environments.
• Familiar with social media usage for marketing purposes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with PCs, Macs, and mobile platforms; able to navigate software.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Willing to travel to additional offices in the region as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide white-glove service for agents and clients visiting offices and promote support services.
• Assist agents with technology, processes, and operational questions.
• Provide basic social media and marketing support and manage office social accounts.
• Promote a friendly office culture and coordinate cross-team support for transactions.
• Facilitate onboarding and training on company tools and processes; support partner coordination.
