Coldwell Banker is seeking an organized Regional Support Specialist to empower agents, branch leaders, and office operations across the region. You’ll assist with marketing support, social media, onboarding, and cross-team collaboration to keep offices running smoothly.

You’ll join a busy, collaborative environment where you’ll learn our tools, support the onboarding of new agents, and promote a positive office culture. Travel to regional offices may be required.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of customer service experience is preferred, with prior experience in a real estate office being advantageous
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook/Instagram) and their use in marketing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with various operating systems (PCs, Macs, Mobile) and general software navigation
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications preferred
• Ability to communicate with diverse audiences (agents, managers, customers, vendors, internal teams)
• Customer-focused approach, delivery-oriented mindset, and ability to multi-task
• Willingness to be nimble and adjust priorities as needed
• Ability to travel to additional offices in the region as needed

Responsibilities

• Provide white-glove service for agents and clients visiting offices
• Support agents with technology, process, or operational questions
• Provide basic social media and marketing support to agents and manage office social media accounts
• Promote a friendly, inclusive office culture for agents
• Coordinate with other Agent Services teams to address transaction-related questions
• Assist with agent onboarding and conduct comprehensive office orientation with training on company tools
• Collaborate with Branch Manager on coaching new agents and on business-building opportunities
• Identify potential process or product enhancements to review and implement
• Greet and direct agents and clients to workspaces and meeting rooms
• Collaborate with facilities and IT to keep office items in working order
• Maintain inventory of office supplies and distribute mail
