Compass International Holdings is seeking a Regional Support Specialist (RSS) to join our Coldwell Banker team. Based in a branch, you will support agents, branch leaders, and marketing efforts to keep operations smooth and strategic.

You’ll troubleshoot office systems, assist with scheduling, and help agents with marketing using our in-house tools. The role suits someone organized, tech-savvy, and collaborative, eager to learn and grow within a busy team.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of customer service experience preferred, especially in a real estate office
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook/Instagram) and their marketing use
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
• Proficiency with multiple operating systems (PCs, Macs, mobile) and Microsoft Office preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide white-glove service for agents and clients visiting our offices and promote available support services
• Assist agents with technology, processes, or operations questions
• Provide basic social media and marketing support to agents and manage office social media accounts
• Collaborate with Agent Services teams to address transaction-related questions
• Support Branch Manager with onboarding, coaching, and implementation of business plans
• Organize office space, coordinate events, and ensure supplies are stocked
