Compass International Holdings is seeking a Regional Support Specialist to join the Coldwell Banker team. Based in a branch office, you’ll support agents, branch leaders, and marketing efforts, keeping operations smooth and strategic in a busy, collaborative environment.

You’ll troubleshoot office systems, assist with scheduling, and work alongside agents on marketing through social media and in-house tools.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of customer service experience; real estate office experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing use cases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with PCs, Macs, and mobile devices; ability to navigate software.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills preferred.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide white-glove service for agents and clients visiting offices.
• Assist agents with technology, processes, or operational questions.
• Support basic social media and marketing for agents and manage office social channels.
• Coordinate with Agent Services teams to answer transaction questions.
• Facilitate agent onboarding and conduct comprehensive office orientation.
• Assist Branch Manager with events, promotions, and sales meetings.
• Greet and direct agents and clients and maintain office organization.
• Travel to additional offices in the region as needed.
