Compass International Holdings is seeking a Regional Support Specialist to assist Coldwell Banker agents and branch leaders with technology, marketing, and daily operations. You will help schedule, support office systems, and drive social media marketing efforts across offices.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of customer service experience preferred, real estate office experience advantageous.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing use cases required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills essential.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to navigate multiple operating systems (PCs, Macs, mobile).
• Ability to collaborate with agents, branch leaders, and internal support teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide white-glove service for agents and clients visiting offices and support primary services and transaction coordination.
• Assist agents with technology, processes, or operational questions and provide basic social media/marketing support for the branch.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address transaction questions and office needs; support onboarding and training on company tools, and promote collaboration.
• Be a culture ambassador, support branch leadership events, and assist with office promotions, meetings, and social media marketing for the branch.
