Anywhere Real Estate’s Coldwell Banker team in Cincinnati seeks a Regional Support Specialist to assist agents, branch leaders, and marketing across the region. The role is based in a branch office and connects with the regional support team to keep operations smooth and strategic.

You’ll troubleshoot office systems, help with scheduling, and provide basic social media/marketing support for agents using tools like MoxiWorks and Prospect Square, while promoting a collaborative office culture.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of customer service experience in real estate preferred.
• Familiarity with Facebook/Instagram and social media marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with PCs, Macs, and mobile platforms; strong MS Office skills.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities; travel to regional offices.

Responsibilities

• Provide white-glove service for agents and clients visiting offices.
• Support agents with technology, processes, or operations questions.
• Assist with basic social media and marketing; manage office social accounts.
• Coordinate with other teams to direct agents on transaction questions.
• Support Branch Leader with meetings, orientations and events.
• Drive office culture; assist in recruiting and onboarding.
