You’ll be based in a branch office and collaborate with the regional support team, agents, and leadership. The role emphasizes organized, tech-savvy, helpful teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Two+ years in customer service, preferably in real estate or office environments.
• Familiar with social media marketing and basic posting tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across diverse audiences.
• Strong computer skills across Windows/Mac and mobile platforms.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and office software.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities.
• Willingness to travel to additional offices in the region as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide white-glove service for agents and clients at offices.
• Assist with technology, processes, and operational questions.
• Support agents with basic social media and marketing tasks.
• Coordinate with other teams on transaction-related questions.
• Assist Branch Manager with onboarding, orientation, and events.
• Support office culture, training, and agent recognition activities.
• Maintain office organization and coordinate with facilities/IT.
