Qualifications

• Two or more years of customer service experience, preferably in a real estate office.
• Familiar with social media platforms (Facebook/Instagram) and their marketing use.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with PCs, Macs and mobile platforms; able to navigate software.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to communicate with diverse audiences and multi-task effectively.
• Willingness to travel to additional offices regionally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide white-glove service for agents and clients visiting offices.
• Support technology, processes, or operational questions for agents.
• Assist with basic social media and marketing support and manage office accounts.
• Promote a friendly, inclusive office culture and agent value proposition.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on transaction-related questions or issues.
• Collaborate with the Agent Onboarding Team to facilitate onboarding and training on tools.
• Lead office organization and support branch promotional activities.
• Assist in recruiting and onboarding new agents as needed.
• Work with Branch Manager on coaching and business plan development.
• Identify potential processes or product enhancements for review.
