The role requires supervising Office Services staff across sites, developing teams, and ensuring strong operational performance while maintaining excellent service delivery to attorneys and professionals.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in office services or facilities.
• Experience supervising across multiple locations.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day operational oversight of Office Services across regional offices.
• Enforce firmwide standards and adapt to local needs in consultation with leadership.
• Monitor KPIs and drive improvements in service delivery and efficiency.
• Oversee budgets, vendor relationships, and procurement for the region.
• Develop regional operational plans and supervise Office Services staff.
• Maintain regular site visits and foster cross-office collaboration.
