Job summary

Fox Rothschild is seeking an Office Services Manager to oversee regional operations across multiple offices. You will lead Office Services staff, enforce standards, manage budgets and vendors, and coordinate regional initiatives to ensure consistent service delivery.

The role requires strong leadership, travel between offices, and the ability to implement continuous improvements aligned with firm objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational oversight of Office Services across regional offices, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Enforce firmwide standards and procedures within the region, adapting to local requirements with approval from the Director of Office Services.
• Monitor regional KPIs, identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and allocate resources to optimize efficiency.
• Serve as escalation point for regional operational issues and maintain an in-person presence at assigned offices with annual engagements.
• Develop regional operational plans aligned with firmwide objectives and office needs.
• Supervise and develop Office Services staff across regional offices; manage recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews.
