Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational oversight of Office Services across regional offices, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Enforce firmwide standards, policies, and procedures within the region, aligning with local needs.
• Monitor regional KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate workflow and resources to ensure coverage during peak periods and transitions.
• Serve as escalation point for regional operational issues and conduct site visits.
• Develop regional operational plans aligned with firmwide objectives.
