Job summary

RR Donnelley seeks an Office Services Manager to lead regional workplace services, hospitality, facilities and client experience operations. You will drive service excellence, cost-to-serve optimization and continuous improvement across locations.

You will manage a team of about nine staff, partner with vendors and site leadership, and ensure adherence to standards while developing the organization for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years in workplace services or related operational leadership.
• Experience managing multi-site operations and client relationships.
• Strong communication, financial judgment and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional operations and client leadership across locations.
• Oversee staffing, performance, engagement and workforce planning.
• Manage vendor relationships, budgets and service standards.
• Deliver client reviews, drive continuous improvement and cost-to-serve optimization.
• Coach a team of ~9 employees and ensure high service quality.
