Job summary

RRD seeks an Office Services Manager to lead regional workplace, hospitality, facilities and client experience operations across assigned locations. You will set a clear vision for service delivery and drive improvements to deliver consistent white-glove standards and cost-to-serve optimization.

You will coach a team of about nine full-time employees, manage staffing, performance, training, and engagement, ensure policy compliance, and partner with clients and vendors to sustain service

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Strong leadership, client service, and communication skills.
• Experience managing multi-site operations and client relationships.
• Ability to manage budgets, vendors, and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead Client & Workplace Experience operations across assigned locations with white-glove service standards.
• Serve as primary regional partner for service, workforce, and workplace matters.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost-to-serve optimization.
• Oversee staffing, performance management, training, and engagement.
• Ensure compliance with policies, SOPs, and service standards.
• Partner with stakeholders, vendors, and site leadership to deliver support.
