Job summary

Allison Transmission in the United States seeks a Territory Sales Manager to drive Off Highway industrial sales across the Midwest. You will lead regional growth, manage key accounts, and collaborate with service centers and customers to achieve revenue targets.

Expect about 50% travel within North America, frequent field visits, and close coordination with a cross-functional team. A engineering degree and 3–5 years in field sales are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of field sales experience preferred.
• Industrial customers in stationary applications knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with Power Transmission or Gear Reducer is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for internal and external customers while upholding core values.
• Achieve regional revenue and profitability targets.
• Direct selling activities within the region and allocate resources.
• Manage distributor relationships and coordinate with account teams.
• Forecasting and sales tracking for the region.
• Travel as required and prospect for new projects.
