Job summary

Allison Transmission is seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead the North America Off-Highway OEM portfolio. You will drive account growth, manage cross-functional teams, and coordinate product launches, ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability across assigned accounts.

Reporting to the Head of OEM Mobile Sales North America Off-Highway, you will travel up to 50%, build strategic relationships, and help expand market share in a matrixed global organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field.
• 5-7+ years of progressive sales and business development experience.
• 3+ years leading strategic OEM accounts (Off-Highway preferred).
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of customer and product growth plans within assigned accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers.
• Manage day-to-day account activities and coordinate with internal teams.
