Job summary

Allison Transmission seeks a Territory Sales Manager to drive regional sales and profitability of Off Highway Industrial products. The role requires frequent travel to customers across the Northern region and proximity to major industrial targets.

You will lead selling activities, manage distributors, and align with corporate objectives to achieve revenue growth. Candidates should have 3–5 years of field sales experience in industrial contexts and strong negotiation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; 3–5 years field sales experience preferred.
• Direct experience with industrial customers in stationary applications is a plus.
• Strong negotiating and customer engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional sales and profitability objectives for Off Highway Industrial business.
• Direct selling activities and resource deployment within the region.
• Manage distributor relationships and work with account teams to grow key segments.
• Forecast and track sales; develop and adhere to business plans and growth initiatives.
• Travel as required (~50% of time, primarily in North America).
