Job summary

Allison Transmission is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive regional sales for Off Highway Industrial business. The role requires proximity to major industrial targets and willingness to travel frequently across North America to customers and facilities.

The candidate should have a engineering background, 3–5 years of field sales experience, and strong negotiation and communication skills. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred.
• Industry experience of 3–5 years in field sales considered.
• Direct experience with industrial customers in stationary applications is a plus.
• Strong negotiating and communication skills.
• Comfort engaging with customers via phone and online.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for internal and external customers while upholding core values.
• Achieve region revenue and profitability targets for Off Highway Industrial business.
• Sell and teach others how to sell the Off Highway value proposition.
• Direct selling activities within the region, including resource deployment and customer interactions.
