Allison Transmission is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive regional sales and profitability for the Off Highway Industrial business. The role focuses on major industrial markets, with frequent travel across North America and collaboration with distributors, customers, and leadership to accelerate growth.

You will develop sales plans, coach teams, and apply market insights and product knowledge to win opportunities while maintaining strong customer relationships and delivering results.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is preferred; three to five years in field sales is desirable.
• Experience selling to industrial customers in stationary applications is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% across North America.
• Strong negotiating and communication skills; ability to engage with executives and stakeholders.
• Experience with territory planning, forecasting, and account development.

• Lead regional sales and profitability objectives for Off Highway Industrial business.
• Sell and train others on the Off Highway value proposition to customers.
