Allison Transmission is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to lead regional sales growth for the Off Highway Industrial business, with a focus on major target cities and frequent travel across North America.

The role requires 3–5 years in field sales, a engineering background, and strong negotiation and CRM skills. Expect to collaborate with leadership, service centers, and customers to meet revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is preferred; 3–5 years field sales experience in industrial sectors is valued.
• Experience growing territory sales and overcoming objections; ability to engage via telephone and online.
• Knowledge of stationary industrial markets, gear reducers and power transmission is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional sales and profitability objectives for Off Highway Industrial business.
• Direct sales activities in the region, allocate resources, and manage distributor relationships.
• Forecast, track sales, and develop strategic plans to drive growth; travel as required.
