Allison Transmission is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to lead regional sales efforts for Off Highway Industrial business in the Northern region. The role requires frequent travel to customers and facilities, with leadership over revenue growth and profitability targets.

The candidate should have a engineering background and 3–5 years of field sales experience, plus strong negotiation and communications skills. Willingness to travel and develop new projects is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred and 3–5 years in field sales.
• Track record of growing territory sales and overcoming objections.
• Ability to develop territory roadmaps and engage customers by phone and online.
• Experience with stationary industrial markets and power transmission equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional sales and profitability plans for Off Highway Industrial business.
• Direct selling activities within the region and manage distributor relationships.
• Forecasting, sales tracking, and adherence to the business plan.
• Travel up to 50% within North America.
