Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Regional OP/MAC Lead to develop strategic occupancy plans and lead a team of occupancy planners and MAC professionals in New York. The role focuses on data-driven planning, stakeholder collaboration, and delivering campus scenarios that meet client priorities.

You will mentor the occupancy planning team, partner with Workplace Planners, and guide project narratives and reports to support decision‑making and portfolio optimization.

Qualifications

• 10–12+ years of relevant professional experience post‑graduation.
• 8–10+ years of experience leading occupancy planning teams.
• Undergraduate or master’s degree in architecture, interior design, environmental design, urban design, real estate, design strategy, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Lead campus-wide projects and delegate occupancy planning work across the team.
• Develop insights from large data sets to influence portfolio decisions and long‑term planning.
• Present campus scenarios to clients with data and precedents, aligning with client objectives.
• Provide day‑to‑day direction to occupancy planning team and maintain strategic direction.
• Lead client meetings and presentations with Project/Strategy Directors and build client relationships.
