Job summary

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all facility space and personnel move requests to maximize space efficiencies.
• Establishes relationships with client lines of business to understand requirements and impacts to the portfolio.
• Collaborates with CRE team on space planning and occupancy analysis.
• Prepares final documents and client presentations for approval.
