Job summary

JLL is seeking a Manager to join our Occupancy Planning and Management team in Austin, TX. You will lead a team, assign work, and ensure quality while developing team members and maintaining schedules.

You will work with the Account Director to deliver occupancy planning products, guide processes, support space planning, portfolio management and move coordination, and report progress to clients.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in occupancy planning, space management, facility management, or related field.
• University degree or relevant certification preferred.
• Prior supervisory or team lead experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team within occupancy planning & management, assigning tasks, maintaining schedules and ensuring quality standards.
• Deliver JLL's occupancy planning products, solutions and tools in collaboration with the Account Director.
• Foster productive relationships within your team and with other work groups to ensure client success.
• Oversee preparation and accuracy of reports, seat demand tracking, space capacity analysis and inventory forecasting.
