Job summary

JLL is seeking a Manager to lead the Occupancy Planning and Management team in Raleigh, overseeing daily operations and guiding staff to deliver space planning, portfolio management, and move coordination for real estate clients.

You will work with the Account Director to deliver occupancy planning products and tools, build relationships across teams, and ensure reporting supports Corporate Real Estate decisions.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience supervising a team and scheduling work.
• Strong communication and ability to explain procedures clearly.
• Experience coaching team members and maintaining schedules.
• Full knowledge of occupancy planning and management practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to read and work with floorplans.
• Understanding of business policies within your area.
• Relevant experience in occupancy planning, space management or facility management.
• University degree or relevant certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team within Occupancy Planning & Management; assign tasks and schedules.
• Deliver occupancy planning products, solutions and tools for clients.
• Foster productive relationships across teams to ensure client outcomes.
• Oversee preparation of project status reports, seat demand tracking and forecasting.
• Resolve operational problems and provide day-to-day guidance.
• Create clear planning reports and present progress to stakeholders.
