Job summary

Soleo Health Inc in Hayward, CA is seeking a Regional Nurse Supervisor to oversee nursing services for the region. This is a full-time, in-office role requiring strong leadership, clinical expertise in infusion, and the ability to coordinate patient care across teams.

You will manage scheduling, ensure regulatory compliance, maintain staff development, and drive quality patient outcomes while working closely with the Nurse Manager and Operations Manager.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in CA, in good standing.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 3 years nursing practice in home infusion or related specialty.
• Minimum 1 year nurse supervisory/manager experience.
• Clinical expertise in IV therapies and monitoring.
• Strong communication and ability to coordinate care.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct and indirect skilled nursing care and implements physician orders.
• Selects, trains, develops, and motivates a highly skilled staff.
• Ensures orientation and ongoing competency of staff.
• Coordinates patient verification, assessment, and scheduling of nursing services.
• Ensures all nursing documentation is accurate and timely for billing and regulatory needs.
• Participates in planning and implementation of service center activities.
• Maintains certifications and employment requirements for nursing staff.
• Coordinates care with nurse scheduler and clinical coordinator.
• Maintains efficiency and productivity of the nursing department.
• Collaborates with Nurse Manager and Operations Manager on policies and programs.
