Job summary

Soleo Health is seeking a Regional Nurse Supervisor to oversee nursing services in Hayward, CA and surrounding areas. This full-time in-office role focuses on coordinating patient care, supervising staff, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years RN experience, at least 1 year in home infusion, a BSN, and a proven leadership track. The position offers mileage reimbursement, benefits, and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in good standing
• BSN degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum 3 years nursing practice in related specialty (home infusion, infusion, home health)
• Minimum 1 year RN supervisor/leadership experience
• Pediatric nursing experience preferred
• Clinical IV therapy expertise and vascular access knowledge
• Ability to manage staff, train on new protocols, and supervise multiple projects
• Must participate in on-call rotation and have reliability

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect skilled nursing care and implement physician orders
• Select, train, develop, and motivate professional staff
• Ensure timely orientation, competency, supervision, and evaluations
• Coordinate patient care with nurse scheduler and clinical coordinator
• Ensure accurate patient documentation for regulatory and billing purposes
• Collaborate on policy, program, and system improvements
• Maintain certifications and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Promote efficiency and productivity within the nursing department
