Soleo Health is seeking a Full-time Regional Nurse Supervisor to support our Specialty Infusion Pharmacy and patients in the Herndon, VA area. You will oversee nursing services, coordinate patient care, and manage staff in a fast-paced home health infusion setting.

The ideal candidate has an RN license (VA or willing to obtain), 2+ years in home infusion or related specialty, and at least 1 year of nurse supervisory experience, with strong administration and documentation skills.

Qualifikationen

• .Minimum 2 years Nursing practice in home infusion or related specialty such as home infusion, home health, oncology, nutrition support, IV therapy or critical care
• .Minimum 2 years Pediatric Nursing experience ideal
• .Minimum 1 year management experience, proven ability to manage, train and educate staff on new protocols in home health or specialty infusion within last 5 years
• .Current RN Licensure by the applicable state’s Board of Nursing, in good standing
• .Multistate license or willingness to obtain VA license in good standing
• .Knowledge of LHCSA regulations for VA

• Provides direct and indirect skilled nursing care to patients
• Implementation and management of physician orders related to nursing
• Selects, trains, develops and motivates a highly skilled staff
• Ensures orientation and ongoing clinical competence of staff
• Ensures patient verification, assessment, teaching and scheduling of nursing services
• Ensures nursing documentation is completed and billed in a timely manner
• Participates in planning and implementation of all service center activities affecting nursing services
• Maintains professional certifications and compliance with regulations
