Job summary

Soleo Health is seeking a Regional Nurse Supervisor to lead nursing services in Hayward, CA and surrounding areas. This in-office role requires an RN license and BSN with 3+ years in a supervisory capacity, including home infusion experience.

Responsibilities include directing patient care, coordinating staffing, and ensuring accurate documentation for compliance and billing, while collaborating with the Nurse Manager and Operations Manager. An on-call rotation is required.

Qualifications

• Current RN Licensure in good standing.
• BSN degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 3 years nursing practice in related specialty (e.g. home infusion).
• Minimum 1 year Nurse Supervisory/manager experience as RN (Infusion preferred).
• California RN License in good standing required.
• Must have BSN Degree.

Responsibilities

• Directs, plans, and coordinates nursing services and staffing for the region.
• Provides, coordinates, and directs patient care.
• Ensure patient verification, assessment, teaching, and scheduling are timely.
• Ensure nursing documentation is accurate for billing and regulatory needs.
• Maintain certifications and staff compliance; participate in policy implementation.
