Job summary

Soleo Health is seeking a Regional Nurse Supervisor to lead nursing services across Boise, ID and nearby areas. The role is in-office and full-time, directing staffing and patient care in alignment with Nurse Manager directives.

You will manage staff, ensure quality care, oversee documentation, and collaborate on policy implementation while maintaining regulatory compliance. Idaho RN licensure and infusion experience are required.

Qualifications

• Active Idaho RN license in good standing.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing required; BSN preferred.
• Minimum 3 years RN experience with home infusion and 1 year nurse leadership.
• Experience coordinating complex patient care and supervising staff.

Responsibilities

• Directs, plans and coordinates nursing services for the region.
• Provide and supervise direct patient care and coordinate physician orders.
• Recruit, train, and motivate skilled nursing staff and maintain clinical competence.
• Ensure timely patient verification, assessment, documentation and scheduling.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and accurate billing documentation.
