Zusammenfassung

Soleo Health is seeking a Full-time Regional Nurse Supervisor to oversee nursing services for our infusion patients in Herndon, VA and surrounding areas. The role emphasizes leadership of home infusion teams and adherence to regulatory standards while ensuring high-quality patient care.

The position requires an experienced nurse with supervisory background in home health or infusion settings, and with a valid VA RN license or willingness to obtain one.

Qualifikationen

BSN required; MSN preferred.
VA RN license in good standing.
Minimum 2 years nursing practice in home infusion or related field.
Minimum 1 year management experience in home health or infusion.
On-call nights and weekends mandatory.
Must have multistate VA license or willingness to obtain.

Directs and coordinates nursing staff and patient care.
Oversees documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Assures staffing, scheduling, and training.
Coordinates with Nurse Manager and Operations Manager on policies and programs.
