Job summary

Soleo Health is hiring a Full-time Regional Nurse Supervisor to support our specialty infusion pharmacy and patients in Herndon, VA and surrounding areas. This role leads nursing staff, ensures high-quality care, and coordinates clinical operations across home infusion services.

The ideal candidate has RN licensure, 2+ years of Nurse Supervisor experience in home health/home infusion, and strong clinical leadership. On-call duties and travel within the region are required; a BSN is preferred.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing (state of VA preferred)
• Minimum 1 year Nurse Supervisor experience in home health/home infusion
• Minimum 2 years nursing practice in related specialty (home infusion, infusion, oncology, IV therapy)
• Experience coordinating clinical schedules and staffing

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates nursing staff to render quality patient care
• Ensures nursing documentation is accurate and timely for billing and regulatory compliance
• Oversees onboarding, training, and ongoing staff development
• Plans and implements policies, procedures, and programs for clinical operations
• Collaborates with Nurse Manager and Operations Manager on clinical and administrative initiatives
• Maintains required professional certifications and state licenses
