Soleo Health, Inc. is seeking a Regional Nurse Supervisor to oversee nursing services in the Hayward, CA region. This full-time, in-office role directs staffing, coordinates patient care, and ensures delivery of high-quality nursing services under the Nurse Manager or Director of Nursing.

Ideal candidates hold a CA RN license, BSN, and 3+ years of nursing experience, including home infusion, with on-call duties and travel to patient sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have RN licensure in good standing
• BSN degree required
• Minimum 3 years of nursing practice in home infusion or infusion-related fields
• Minimum 1 year of nurse supervisory/management experience
• California RN license in good standing and driving to patient sites may be required

Responsibilities

• Directs, plans, and coordinates nursing services for the region
• Supervises professional and allied nursing staff
• Ensures accurate patient documentation and billing support
• Coordinates patient care with scheduler and clinical coordinators
• Maintains regulatory compliance and staff certifications
