Soleo Health, Inc. seeks a Full-time Regional Nurse Supervisor to oversee nursing services for the Hayward, CA region. The role is in-office with required travel to patient sites and oversight of home infusion nursing teams.

Ideal candidates will have a BSN, active RN license in California, and a minimum of 3 years of nursing experience including home infusion and at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity. Strong clinical and administrative skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Current RN Licensure in good standing.
• BSN from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 3 years nursing practice in home infusion or related specialty.
• Minimum 1 year RN supervisory/leadership experience.
• Emergency availability and ability to participate in an on-call rotation.
• California RN License in good standing and BSN degree required.
• Must be able to drive to patient locations for in-home visits.

Responsibilities

• Directs, plans, and coordinates nursing services for the region.
• Oversees staffing and supervision of professional and allied nursing staff.
• Ensures patient care is delivered and documented per regulatory requirements.
• Coordinates patient care with nurse scheduler and clinical coordinator.
• Maintains certifications and compliance with internal and external standards.
