Job summary

Soleo Health is seeking a Regional Nurse Supervisor to oversee nursing services for infusion patients in Herndon, VA and surrounding areas. You will direct, plan and coordinate professional nursing staff to deliver high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities include supervising clinical staff, managing scheduling, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining documentation. On-call rotations and travel within the region may be required.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in good standing.
• BSN preferred.
• Minimum 2 years nursing supervision experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct and indirect skilled nursing care to patients.
• Implements and manages physician orders related to nursing.
• Selects, trains and motivates staff; ensures staff orientation and competence.
• Ensures timely patient verification, assessment, teaching, scheduling, and documentation.
• Coordinates patient care with scheduler and clinical coordinator.
• Maintains regulatory compliance and accurate documentation for billing.
