Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech – Neurovascular is recruiting a Regional Business Manager (South Central). This field-based role covers Texas, Oklahoma, Mississippi, Louisiana, New Mexico, Nebraska, Missouri and Kansas.

You will lead a team of territory managers, partner with the National Sales Director, training and marketing to equip the sales force, and drive the portfolio to exceed objectives while upholding Credo values.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree, technical or scientific field preferred.
• 7+ years outside sales experience, including experience selling medical devices.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to meet and exceed sales goals in a commission-driven position.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and deliver sales objectives for the assigned region.
• Manage a field-based team of territory managers.
• Collaborate with National Sales Director, training and marketing teams to equip the sales team.
• Engage key customers to drive portfolio sales.
