Job summary

TSP, a Syneos Health company, is seeking a Regional Business Director - Neuroscience to lead and coach a Neuroscience sales team across a defined geography, ensuring high performance and strict compliance with corporate policies and brand objectives.

The RBD will develop regional business plans, implement national strategies, build relationships with key customers and thought leaders, and partner with Value & Access to optimize payer access and market growth.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; advanced degree a plus.
• 8+ years sales experience in biopharma with at least 3 years in neuroscience sales leadership.
• Experience with injectable medications and buy-and-bill / specialty pharmacy fulfilment.
• Extensive payer landscape knowledge for the assigned region and factors driving access.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Neuroscience sales force within the region, including recruiting, training, development, and compliance with policies.
• Meet or exceed the region's sales targets and align field activities to brand initiatives.
• Develop regional business plans and implement national sales strategies.
• Manage budget and build relationships with key thought leaders.
