Job summary

TSP, a Syneos Health company, is seeking a Regional Business Director - Neuroscience to lead a Neuroscience sales team within a defined region. You will recruit, coach, and manage Sales Representatives, develop regional business plans, and drive sales strategies that meet or exceed targets while ensuring compliance with Ipsen’s policies and field activities.

Qualifications

BA/BS degree required, advanced degree a plus
8+ years sales experience within biopharma
3+ years sales leadership experience for Neuroscience products
Experience with injectable medications and buy-and-bill pathways
Knowledge of payer landscape and contract negotiation

Responsibilities

Lead Neuroscience sales force within the assigned region
Recruit, hire, train, develop, and evaluate sales staff
Meet or exceed region sales targets and align field activities to brand strategies
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and promotional policies
Coach NSRs and support their development and career goals
Partner with Value & Access and Regional Reimbursement teams on market access
Manage region budget and build relationships with key thought leaders
Develop local opinion leader relationships to support brand objectives
Utilize clinical information to address customer questions
