Job summary

Ipsen seeks a Lead Neuroscience Sales Leader to drive growth within a defined U.S. region. You will guide regional strategy, manage a neuroscience portfolio, and partner with cross-functional teams to maximize impact and patient access.

Responsibilities include coaching a regional sales team, developing plans aligned with national strategies, building KOL relationships, and ensuring regulatory compliance while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 8+ years biopharma sales experience with 3+ years in neuroscience leadership.
• Expertise with injectable medications and reimbursement pathways.
• Experience with specialty pharmacy, buy-and-bill, and health systems.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate Sales Representatives.
• Develop and execute regional business plans aligned with national strategies.
• Build relationships with key opinion leaders and accounts.
• Analyze regional market dynamics to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Value & Access and Business Operations.
• Manage regional budget and resources.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and promotional policies.
• Communicate market intelligence to support customer engagement with clinical information.
