Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of sales experience in biopharma with at least 3 years in neuroscience sales leadership.
• Experience with injectable medications and buy-and-bill/specialty pharmacy fulfillment.
• Strong understanding of payer landscape and contract negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and manage Neuroscience sales representatives in the assigned region.
• Meet or exceed regional sales targets and align field activities with brand strategy.
• Develop short- and long-term business plans to drive growth and access.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and promotional policies.
• Build relationships with key thought leaders and payers to support brand objectives.
• Collaborate with Value & Access and Regional Reimbursement teams.
