Job summary

Novartis is seeking a Regional Accounts Associate Director (RAAD), Neuromuscular, to work hybrid, field-based across designated geography. In this role you will build partnerships with key accounts, support clinical and reimbursement needs, and help ensure timely access to therapy for patients.

You will collaborate with Commercial, Patient Services, Trade & Distribution, and Medical Affairs to deliver high-quality support to providers and patients, manage payer interactions, and expand treatment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year college or university.
• 8+ years’ experience in pharma/biotech/healthcare with large, dispersed teams.
• Experience launching specialty or biologic therapies; knowledge of specialty pharmacy.
• Strong understanding of US healthcare ecosystem (within 5 years).
• Proven ability to manage complex accounts including academic/health systems.
• Willingness to travel 60-80%; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth of Novartis Neuromuscular brands with compliant engagements.
• Lead account management across the patient journey from enrollment to infusion.
• Educate stakeholders on clinical data and translate to actionable insights.
• Collaborate across functions to optimize site readiness, onboarding, delivery, and reimbursement.
• Build strategic relationships to advise on insurance requirements and access.
• Maintain payer-specific coverage knowledge to resolve barriers.
• Assess territory dynamics to identify opportunities and expand treatment networks.
• Support cross-functional partners on product access and reimbursement.
