Job summary

Novartis AG is seeking a Regional Accounts Associate Director (RAAD) for Neuromuscular in the United States. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required from 4-year college or university.
• 8+ years' experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or similarly structured industries with large, geographically dispersed teams.
• Experience launching specialty or biologic therapies with familiarity in specialty pharmacy / Buy & Bill environments.
• Strong understanding of the US healthcare ecosystem (within 5 years).
• Proven ability to manage complex, high-impact accounts across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth of Neuromuscular brands while ensuring compliance with labeling and regulations.
• Lead account management across the patient journey from enrollment through infusion.
• Educate stakeholders on clinical data to build understanding of treatment options.
• Develop tailored account strategies to optimize resource use and ensure access across treatment centers.
• Build relationships with hospital staff and payers to address insurance requirements and access barriers.
