Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation is seeking a Regional Accounts Associate Director, Neuromuscular, a hybrid, field-based role focused on building strategic partnerships with key accounts, driving demand, and supporting clinical and reimbursement needs across designated treatment centers.

You will collaborate across Commercial, Patient Services, Trade & Distribution, and Medical affairs to expand access, manage payer requirements, and guide site readiness and patient onboarding while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year college or university.
• 8+ years in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or similarly structured industries with large, geographically dispersed teams, including payer/reimbursement engagement.
• Experience launching specialty or biologic therapies with familiarity in specialty pharmacy/Buy & Bill environments.
• Strong understanding of the US healthcare ecosystem (within 5 years) and access strategies.
• Willingness to travel 60-80% across a broad geography; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth of Neuromuscular brands while upholding labeling, regulatory, and ethical standards.
• Lead account management across the patient journey from enrollment through infusion.
• Educate stakeholders on clinical data and translate into actionable insights.
• Collaborate with providers to develop account strategies for access and reimbursement; manage site workflows.
• Build strategic relationships with hospital staff and access stakeholders to address insurance requirements and access challenges.
