Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year college or university.
• 8+ years in pharmaceutical/healthcare with large, geographically dispersed teams and payer experience.
• Experience launching specialty or biologic therapies with specialty pharmacy knowledge.
• Strong understanding of the US healthcare ecosystem and market dynamics.
• Ability to travel 60–80% and reside within territory within 50 miles of the border.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth of Novartis Neuromuscular brands while ensuring compliance with labeling and regulations.
• Lead account management across the patient journey from enrollment to infusion.
• Educate stakeholders on clinical data to support treatment options.
• Collaborate with providers and institutions to optimize resource utilization and access.
• Build strategic relationships to address insurance requirements and access barriers.
• Navigate payer coverage policies and access procedures to ensure product availability.
• Assess territory dynamics and expand networks and referral pathways.
• Provide guidance on site readiness, patient onboarding, product delivery, and reimbursement.
• Support end-to-end prescription journey with a focus on customer experience.
