Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required from a 4-year college or university.
• 8+ years in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or similarly structured industries with large, geographically dispersed teams and payer/reimbursement engagement.
• Experience launching specialty or biologic therapies with familiarity in specialty pharmacy and/or Buy & Bill environments.
• Strong understanding of the US healthcare ecosystem (within 5 years) with experience navigating market dynamics and access considerations.

• Drive growth of Novartis Neuromuscular brands with professionalism and integrity while complying with labeling, laws, and standards.
• Lead account management across the patient journey from enrollment through infusion where appropriate.
• Educate key stakeholders on clinical data to translate complex information into actionable insights.
• Collaborate with providers to develop tailored account strategies that optimize resource utilization and ensure seamless product access from enrollment to reimbursement.
