Novartis AG is seeking a Regional Accounts Associate Director (Neuromuscular) for a field-based, hybrid role focused on building strong partnerships with key accounts, driving access to treatment, and supporting clinical and reimbursement needs for designated centers across the US.

The position emphasizes rare disease access and collaboration with Commercial, Patient Services, Trade & Distribution, and Medical Affairs.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required from 4-year college or university.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or similarly structured industries with large, geographically dispersed teams.
• Experience with payer and reimbursement landscapes; knowledge of specialty pharmacy/Buy & Bill environments.

• Drive growth of Novartis Neuromuscular brands while complying with labeling and regulations.
• Lead account management across the patient journey from enrollment through infusion.
